
该系列固定放大倍率扩束镜提供两个主要子系列(S6EXK 与 S6EXP)及多种型号,覆盖紫外(343-355nm, 257-266nm)、可见绿光(515-532nm)与近红外(1030-1080nm)波长范围。S6EXK系列结构紧凑(长度44.7mm),提供0.5x至4.0x的倍率,输入孔径多为12mm(高倍率时缩小至8mm或11mm),输出孔径随倍率增大。S6EXP系列较长(85.0mm),提供0.5x至5.0x倍率,输入孔径多为14mm(低倍)或8mm(高倍),输出孔径普遍较大(20-31mm)。所有型号均采用标准M30x1安装螺纹,设计用于特定波长下实现精确的固定光束扩束比,适用于需要稳定光学性能的应用场景。

本系列扩束镜覆盖257-266 nm(深紫外)至1080 nm(红外)波段,提供0.5x(缩小)至5.0x(放大)倍率选项,分为两大结构:
短镜身型号(44.7 mm):S6EXK系列(如紫外355 nm型号),输入孔径依倍率动态调整(4.0x时Φ8 mm输入→Φ20 mm输出),适配空间受限系统
大通光型号(85 mm):S6EXP系列(如深紫外S6EXP/199),输出孔径统一Φ31 mm(输入Φ8-14 mm),保障高功率激光能量密度与传输稳定性
全系采用 熔融石英/紫外级光学玻璃 镜片,深紫外透过率>95%,辅以抗损伤膜层(LIDT>5 J/cm²@355 nm),结合标准化 M30x1螺纹接口,无缝集成半导体光刻(257 nm高能光子)、精密切割(1080 nm红外)及激光雷达发射端,以刚性光机结构确保长期波前精度(λ/10)与热稳定性。
